The Restaurant

Our kitchen is a result of a deep passion for the Ligurian cuisine and different international dishes. Every evening we serve a rich antipasto buffet containing fresh and grilled vegetables, salami, sausages, cheese, olives plus different local specialities.
Whether you like meat or fish you can rest assure that everything is prepared with passion and patience.
From our own wine cellar we offer no less than 300 different labels of wine, selected and tasted by our professional sommelier Angelo Galtieri.
In Villa Principe we serve an international breakfast buffet. Our kitchen will gladly assist if you miss any of your favourites.
