A highly flavorful and energetic evening on Saturday, October 11 at Hotel Aida in Alassio. The renowned Chef Gianfranco Vissani and his young team (Martina, Francesco, and Andrea) delivered a dinner full of surprises and twists.

Shrimp from Imperia, porcini mushrooms from the hinterland, mango from Ventimiglia, and many Ligurian excellences perfectly blended with national aromas and flavors. A few exotic touches, a lot of passion and professionalism. “The technique is French, the flavors are Italian, and the colors are Japanese“… with this statement, Master Vissani won over both tourists and locals, accompanied by music and songs thanks to the friendly participation of artist friends such as Andrea Acerbi, Luca Griotto, and Marco Anelli. Four fashion “spots” by “Oissala” Alassio (Chicca, Valentina, Valentina, and Denise—perfect models for the evening).

To conclude the courses, a second dish paying tribute to the “Cappon Magro of Liguria” was prepared and served in a glass by Anna from Acciugotto and Francesca Ieria (the hostess). And finally, the Grand Dessert “L’isola che ti tira su” (“The island that lifts you up”)—a perfect mix in honor of the romantic Gallinara Island, created by the talented chef Martina from Casa Vissani and the prestigious pastry shop Simo of Alassio (Alessia and Simone). Simply fabulous—cheers and greetings were guaranteed by the excellent Lupi wine cellar and the sommelier team from FISAR Imperia and Savona.
